Container Unloading Systems

Loading & Unloading Systems

Six CDU discharge units (PG01–PG06), for use with the SR20 tilter.

Overview

Models
CDU PG01–PG06
Arrangement
Container-mounted / mobile
Selection basis
Flow behavior, liner outlet, site layout
Works with
SR20 tilter, pneumatic conveying, silos
Scope
Design, supply, installation and commissioning

Container unloading systems discharge bulk powders and pellets from the container liner into downstream pneumatic conveying and silos. The six CDU discharge units (PG01–PG06) are selected by flow behavior, liner outlet and site layout, and can work with the SR20 tilter. We provide design, supply, installation and commissioning.

Model comparison

ModelArrangementMaterial focusReceiving concept
PG01Container-mountedPowders and granules; poor-flow powdersWide inlet, opposing flights
PG02Container-mountedFree-flowing powders and granulesFrame-mounted receiving unit
PG03Container-mountedCaking, poorly flowing bulk solidsAccess panels, central discharge
PG04MobileFree-flowing powders and granulesWide fishtail inlet
PG05MobileFree-flowing bulk solidsThree liner connections
PG06MobileFree-flowing granulesRound inlet, rotary valve

This comparison supports initial selection. Final configuration depends on material trials, liner dimensions and conveying conditions.

How to choose

01

Flow behavior first

For poor-flow or caking materials, start with PG01 or PG03; for free-flowing materials, PG02, PG04 or PG05; for free-flowing granules, PG06.

02

Then the liner outlet

Confirm the number, shape, size, position and attachment of the liner outlets.

03

Finally the arrangement

Choose container-mounted or mobile to suit the site.

SR20 container tilter

The SR20 can be combined with CDU PG01–PG06 for unloading.

FAQ

Can it feed pneumatic conveying directly?

Yes. The downstream conveying method, distance, lift and pipe size are confirmed during selection.
