Container Loading Systems
Five CLU loading units (CS01–CS05) as an alternative to big-bag transport.
Overview
- Models
- CLU CS01–CS05
- Loading method
- Dense phase; dilute or dense phase; continuous; vacuum lift + gravity filling
- Tilting equipment
- CS04 requires a tilter such as the SR20
- Scope
- Design, supply, installation and commissioning
Container loading systems fill powders and pellets directly into the container liner, as an alternative to big-bag transport. CLU units combine with pneumatic conveying, silos and the SR20 tilter into a complete bulk shipping system. We provide design, supply, installation and commissioning.
Model comparison
| Model | Loading method | Tilter required | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| CS01 | Dense phase | No | Low velocity and air volume – less dust and product breakage |
| CS02 | Dilute or dense phase | No | Low installation height, suited to retrofits |
| CS03 | Continuous loading, variable speed | No | Swinging, height-adjustable spout for different truck heights |
| CS04 | Vacuum lift + gravity filling | Yes | Insufficient height under the silo outlet |
| CS05 | Dense phase | No | Dense phase, no tilting or lifting equipment required |
SR20 container tilter
The SR20 tilts the container by 90° for gravity loading and can weigh the container contents. CS04 requires a container tilter such as the SR20.
How to choose
Retrofit with limited height
Start with CS02 or CS03.
Less breakage and dust
Start with dense phase loading: CS01 or CS05.
Insufficient height under the silo outlet, tilter possible
Consider CS04.
Different truck heights, even filling
Consider CS03.

FAQ
Is a container tilter always needed?
No. CS01, CS02, CS03 and CS05 need no tilting or lifting equipment; CS04 requires a container tilter.
Can it connect to existing silos and conveying systems?
Yes. CLU units combine with pneumatic conveying, silos and the SR20 into a complete bulk shipping system.
Loading units and tilter
CLU CS01Container Loading Unit
Dense phase loading – low velocity, low air volume.
CLU CS02Container Loading Unit
Dilute or dense phase, low installation height.
CLU CS03Container Loading Unit
Continuous loading for different truck heights.
CLU CS04Container Loading Unit
Vacuum lift, then gravity filling.
CLU CS05Container Loading Unit
Dense phase loading, no tilting or lifting equipment.
SR20Container Tilting Platform
90° tilt for gravity loading and unloading; weighs the container contents.
