Diverter Valve Selection Guide

Conveying Valves

Plug, plunger and damper types, working pressure ≤ 0.2 to ≤ 4 bar.

Overview

Working pressure
≤ 0.2 / ≤ 2.5 / ≤ 4 bar
Size range
1-1/2" ~ 20" (by model)
Media temperature
-10 ~ 120 °C
Use
Combining or splitting material flows
Scope
Design, supply, installation and commissioning

Diverter valves combine or split material flows in pneumatic conveying lines. We offer plug, plunger and damper types; selection depends mainly on working pressure, material, size and branch angle. We provide design, supply, installation and commissioning.

How to choose

01

Above 2.5 bar

Choose PDV: working pressure up to 4 bar, soft seat for zero leakage, for pellets and powders.

02

Pellets, up to 2.5 bar

Consider GDV: few parts, low drive torque, easy to maintain.

03

Up to 0.2 bar

Consider DP/S or DP/A, straight-through or bypass depending on the pipeline layout.
