The pneumatic blending silo has aeration devices in the cone. Compressed air fluidizes and turns over the powder so a batch is homogenized in a short time. There are no moving parts inside, so maintenance is simple.

Pneumatic blending suits powders, not pellets, up to about 1000 m³ at 1–7 kWh/t. For pellets, choose a gravity blending silo.
